Downstairs Hall...........$275/day

Please note: Downstairs hall is not available most Saturdays during the fall and winter until after 2 p.m.

Use of tables and chairs is included in hall rental, however, for setup, there is a charge of $2 per table and $0.20 per chair. Same rate applies for table and chair takedown. Hall access charge for decorating the day before is $100.

Premises are to be returned in the same condition as received prior to rental, however mopping is not expected. If cleanup is required, then there is a $25 per hour charge. Terms of written rental agreement supersede any oral agreement or understanding. Prices are subject to change without notice. The Hall does not provide catering, however, upon request the names of independent caterers are available who have provided catering in the past. Your own caterer is welcome. Place setting and tableware rental is also available at $1.25 per setting.
